4A OS&Y 10” 300LB Gate Valve,Body Material:4A,Connection: RF Flanged,Operation: Hand wheel,API 600,Cast Steel Valve,Face to face ASME B16.10
API600 gate valves usually adopt a wedge-type gate, or a solid or flexible wedge-type gate structure. The gate should be completely withdrawn from the valve seat hole when in the open position, except the parallel double-disc gate.

Size from 2” to 40” (DN50-DN1000)
Pressure from 150LBS to 1500LBS (PN16-PN240)

Flanged Dimension according to the standards ASME B16.5
Flanged to ASME B16.5 (2” ~ 24”) and ASME B16.47 Series A / B (26” and above) Clamp / Hub ends on request.
Testing according to the standards API 598

Technical Features

Wedge gate, os&y design
Designed and manufactured in accordance with api standards
Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy surface for high pressure valves
Sealing face wear-resistant, corrosion resistant, good scratch resistance
Long service life
The valve stem has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.
Wedge-type elastic gate structure
Rolling bearings make opening and closing easy.
