GW Bellow seal globe valve
The function of bellows seal globe valve is to seal and prevent the medium from leaking from the valve stem. The lower end of the bellows is connected with the valve stem by seal welding, and the upper end is connected with the gland by seal welding. Generally, metal spiral wound gasket is installed between the gland and the upper flange to ensure the sealing. The bellows seal globe valve has strong sealing performance, and rarely leakage.
Application scope: petroleum, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, chemical fertilizer, electric power industry, etc
Gw Bellow Seal Globe Valve Features
1. Bellows stop valve, its key component metal bellows, the lower end and the valve stem assembly adopt automatic roll welding welding, and the upper end is automatically welded with the connecting plate to form a metal barrier between the fluid medium and the atmosphere to ensure zero leakage of the valve stem.
2. Valve disc adopts parallel design, better sealing effect and long service life.
3. Double seal design (bellows + packing) in case of bellows failure and leakage, the valve stem packing will also avoid leakage and meet the international sealing standard.
4. The valve cover is equipped with a greasing joint, which can directly lubricate the valve stem, nut and shaft sleeve, unlike the traditional method of only lubricating the thread.
5. Ergonomic design handwheel, longer service life, easy and convenient operation, more safe and reliable.
