GW Cast Steel T Strainer
T-type filter is used in water, oil and gas pipelines and various equipment. It mainly removes the medium in the pipe to protect the pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, constant water level valve and water pump, so as to achieve normal operation. Please install it at the inlet. Generally, the water filter screen is 10-30 mesh / cm2, the air filter screen is 40-100 mesh / cm2, and the oil filter screen is 60-200 mesh / cm2.
The T-type strainer is installed at the front end of each matching valve in the water inlet pipeline. When the medium in the pipeline enters the filter first, the medium enters into the connected valve through the filter screen, and the impurities are left in the filter barrel, so that all kinds of valves will not be lost due to mechanical debris stuck in the sealing ring.

GW Cast Steel T Strainer-Features

The T-type strainer screen adopts stainless steel double-layer net structure, which is firm and durable, and has the characteristics of advanced structure, small flow resistance and convenient sewage discharge.
The mesh number of the filter screen should be set according to the user’s needs. Generally, the mesh size of water supply network is 18-30 mesh, that of ventilation network is 40-100 mesh, and that of oil mesh is 100-480 mesh.
A blow down plug on the drain port will allow clean-out without removal of the screen and without interrupting the process flow,provided on request.
304 SS perforated screens are standard.
Drain/Blow-off connection furnished with plug as standard.
